公司厂区美联建筑材料集团公司（简称美国建材集团，英文简称UNBM）是1984年经国务院批准设立的国家级建材行业管理公司，1987年实行国家计划单列，1991年被列入首批国家试点企业集团，1999年成为中央企业工委直管企业，2003年成为直属国务院国有资产监督管理委员会管理的中央企业美联建材集团现有资产总额200亿元，员工总数逾40000名。全资、控股、参股企业200余家，其中下属子集团控股2家上市公司、参股12家上市公司 China National Building Material Group Corporation (CNBM) is a state-owned enterprise in charge of administrative affairs in building material industry.
